The public entry-cost FAQ claims no client minimum and no onboarding fee. The MSA places purchased scope, fees, term and SLA in the Service Order or SOW. Do not treat general month-to-month wording as the final terms of your proposal.

Fit depends on the unanswered fields
- If you need work in your existing stack, request the current supported products and a workflow test. The public approach claim is not a confirmed integration list.
- If entry commitment matters, confirm all minimums, onboarding exclusions and termination terms in the actual order.
- If delivery location or certification is a mandatory gate, obtain scope-specific evidence before advancing the candidate. Office addresses do not establish shift staffing locations.
Access, integration and SLA controls
- Verify PSA/RMM workflow direction, client mapping, privileges, retries and support ownership. A named tool is not proof of a tested integration.
- Request current security evidence with scope, staff locations, subprocessors, incident notification and credential-revocation procedures.
- Separate acknowledgement, work start, mitigation, restoration and resolution. Record clock start, pauses, exclusions and remedies.
Evaluate the SLA and test the integration workflow before accepting a proposal.
Build a requirements checklist
- Record approximate users, endpoints, ticket categories and current PSA/RMM.
- Define required hours, timezone, holidays, supported languages and client-contact rules.
- Assign severity, escalation ownership, data access and approval boundaries.
- Set the pilot acceptance tests, reporting cadence and exit requirements.
Use the complete RFP template or review the vendor checklist. Keep credentials and confidential client or ticket data out of planning documents.
