Browsing and hosting
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Workers and its static asset service. Loading a page necessarily sends technical request data to that infrastructure, including your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser or device information. Cloudflare processes information to deliver and secure its services under its own privacy policy.
The publisher has disabled application observability and log export for this deployment. This does not mean that Cloudflare processes no technical data or retains no service or security records. We do not state a universal retention period for Cloudflare's own processing. Service processing may occur internationally; no specific country of storage is promised.
Tools, cookies and tracking
This website does not deploy visitor analytics, advertising pixels, a newsletter, account registration, a payment checkout or a submitted contact form. The publisher's scripts do not set cookies. The directory offers optional local storage of up to three public provider IDs and categorical directory filters only when you choose Save on this device. Delete saved shortlist removes that saved selection. No buyer requirements or calculator inputs are stored by this feature. Hosting security features may behave differently; see Cloudflare's cookie documentation.
Calculator, quote, checklist, comparison and RFP inputs are processed in your browser tab and are not transmitted by these tools to the publisher. Copying places your chosen output on your device's clipboard. Printing and downloads are initiated by you. Closing or reloading the tab clears other tool state. An explicitly saved directory shortlist remains in that browser until you delete it or clear browser storage. Import and export files contain public provider IDs and categorical directory filters only and are not uploaded to us. Do not enter confidential client information.
Email correspondence
An email link opens your own email application. If you send a message, the publisher receives your email address, message and any attachments through Gmail. Google processes mail under its applicable service terms and privacy policy. Your own email provider also processes the message.
Correspondence is used to answer inquiries, investigate corrections, handle privacy requests and discuss proposals you initiate. It is not added to a marketing list. Ordinary correspondence is deleted six months after the conversation is closed. Information may be kept longer where an issue or dispute remains open or applicable law requires retention. Deleted mail may remain in provider backups or recovery systems according to that service's policies. No fixed retention promise is made for another provider's systems.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without registration and use the tools without emailing us. To ask about access, correction or deletion of correspondence, email the publisher and describe the request. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law. Proportionate verification may be needed to protect another person's information; do not send a passport, passwords or banking data in your initial message. We will respond according to the requirements that apply to the request.
External links and changes
Following an official provider link takes you to a separately operated website with its own privacy practices. These links do not send your tool inputs. Material changes to this site's collection or tracking will require an updated notice and, where required, appropriate consent before activation. Read the terms of use or contact the publisher.
